Photography Services

Booking a session with Kelley Jo Imaging confirms your agreement to the terms outlined in your photography contract and any additional policies provided during the booking process.

• Seasonal Mini Sessions

Specific session details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Retainers & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the timeline outlined in your booking agreement.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please contact Kelley Jo Imaging as soon as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

In the event of severe weather, illness, emergencies, or unsafe conditions, Kelley Jo Imaging reserves the right to reschedule a session to a mutually agreed-upon date.

Retainers remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session when approved.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.

Turnaround times vary depending on session type and season but will be communicated during the booking process.

Kelley Jo Imaging reserves the right to determine which images are included in the final gallery.

RAW or unedited images are not provided.

Editing Style

By booking with Kelley Jo Imaging, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and appreciate the photographer's editing style and artistic approach.

Editing decisions, image selection, and artistic interpretation remain at the sole discretion of Kelley Jo Imaging.

Copyright & Image Usage

Kelley Jo Imaging retains full copyright ownership of all photographs created during photography sessions.

Clients receive a personal-use print release, allowing them to:

• Print images for personal use
• Share images on personal social media accounts
• Create personal keepsakes and gifts

Clients may not:

• Sell images
• Alter images using filters or editing apps
• Submit images to contests or publications without permission
• Use images for commercial purposes without written consent

Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Kelley Jo Imaging reserves the right to use photographs for:

• Portfolio display
• Website galleries
• Social media marketing
• Advertising and promotional materials
• Educational or professional showcases

Clients who prefer privacy may request limitations prior to their session.
