Dylin’s Pequot Lakes High School senior session was one a fun one! He’s on the football team, so you guessed it… we had to do some pictures on the football field! Dylin was such an easy going subject, and he made it easy to get a whole lot of great pictures!
Class of 2020… your turn to graduate is coming up fast! Let’s get your senior year started with a fun session that incorporates your favorite things! Shoot me an email and we’ll get the ball rolling (pun intended! ha).
Mike and Melissa’s Camp Foley MN wedding was one I’m not going to forget any time soon! We’re quickly approaching their one year anniversary, and I still smile while looking at these pictures!
These two are the kind of people that make you feel like you’ve known them forever! After their engagement session, I was SO ready to celebrate at their wedding. And their day did not disappoint! Along with the super cute, happy couple, it included a ceremony at gorgeous Camp Foley, beautiful foggy lake views, a wedding party that clearly loved the couple, beautiful flowers, an adorable first dance, and a surprise flash mob put on by the bride and her girls! There was definitely fun had by everyone.

Calvin’s Brainerd MN high school senior session was a favorite this year, for a few different reasons… one of which is that I have been Calvin’s little sisters’ nanny for the past five years, so I’ve gotten a front row seat to watching him grow up. And lemme tell you, he’s grown into a good one. Second of course is that ya’ll know how much I love being in, around, or shooting at, the lake! This session was no exception.
Also, we’re super quickly approaching graduation time for the Class of 2019. Which means, Class of 2020, you’re next! If you want to catch the early bird discount, PLUS get a good jump start to your senior year, send me a quick message and we’ll start brainstorming about your senior photo session!
I’m sure at this point in my blogging streak you’re starting to notice a trend… especially when it comes to my seniors. Sports and lakes. Some of my favorites! Katie is a multi sport athlete, who had already signed to play basketball in college, so of course we included that, plus we had to take some volleyball senior photos.
Katie’s family had spent years coming to Campfire Bay Resort on vacation, and so she contacted me hoping to shoot her senior photos at her favorite place. Of course I said yes! We got a perfect night, and some fun pictures, so keep that scrolling to see more!
It’s coming up to that time of year when Katie and the rest of the class of 2019 is graduating, and the next group of kids is starting to think about senior photos. If that’s you (or your child!), let’s chat about a session designed to showcase them! Send me a message to get the ball rolling!
This session! Not only did I have such a fun time shooting this casual lakeside family photography session, I’ve had a blast looking back at them while writing this blog post. For me, these scream exactly what summer should be. Family, sunshine, sun tans, baseball caps, smiles, water balloons, and late evening boat rides. And those are the memories I would want to look back on for years!
You don’t have to have your WHOLE family together to some cas family photos like these. If you want me to come hang out with you all along the lake, splash in the waves, and make some s’mores (oh and I’ll bring my camera!) I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do that! Send me an email on my contact page!
Jake and Taylor’s Pine Peaks event center wedding was one of my favorites from the season. These two were so obviously in love with each other, but you could by how they interacted with the family and friends, that they are a couple that does a wonderful job of loving all those around them.
Not only were Jake and Taylor such a fun and easy going couple to work with, they had an awesome team of vendors that made their day a joy and a breeze to photography. Annnnd we were blessed with literally a perfect July day. I’d keep going on, but it’s probably better if you just have a look see for yourself!
If you’re getting married this summer I still have a couple weekends open… and am now booking for the summer of 2020. I love to hear from you, get the chat started by filling out my contact form here!
